The principal contractor R L Davies Ltd appointed for the new medical centre works at Conwy Road, Colwyn Bay, have been awarded with the LABC North Wales Building Excellence Awards 2017 for Best Public Building.

Quadrant Surveying Ltd acted as client’s agent in terms of project management, surveying services and principal designer on this project.
