Description of Work
Quadrant Surveying Ltd were appointed by NHS Property Services to act as Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors and Principal Designer in respect of the scheme to reconfigure internal rooms to current clinical specifications.
The works extended to consulting and treatment rooms as well as waiting and toilet areas. There were also external works to openings, doors, refuse area and plant room.
The works were undertaken whilst maintaining clinical services and involved phased handovers to minimise disruption to services.
