Description of Works
This was a GP-led development and owner occupier, consisting of the construction of a new surgery to merge five existing, outdated doctors surgeries. Incorporating an on-site minor surgery operating theatre, physiotherapy suite and pharmacy. This project achieved a BREEAM “Very Good” rating.
