Works have now been handed over at the new educational facility in Cheam, South London for Kedleston Group. Quadrant Surveying acted as Contract Administrator, Support Project Manager and Principal Designer for the Client to refurbish an existing building into a specialist educational facility for special needs children.
Works are continuing to progress on the 20 affordable homes development along Barnack Road in Stamford. The development for Burghley Affordable Housing will comprise of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom properties and is nearing the final stages of construction.

Fit out works to form a new GANT store at McArthur Glen in York are now complete and the store is open for business.
We are acting as Owners Surveyor in the construction of 20 new affordable units and four private dwellings on Barnack Road in Stamford for Burghley Affordable Housing. The works are progressing well and we look forward to seeing them completed later on in the year.
Quadrant acted as Quantity Surveyor for the refurbishment works at GANT’s Canary Wharf store. The works are now complete and the store is open for business.
