Employed as Quantity Surveyors, Quadrant were part of the team who successfully completed the refurbishment of an existing unit to form the new GANT store at Intu Lakeside shopping centre.
Progress at Richmond Medical Centre
Richmond Medical Centre in North Hykeham near Lincoln is progressing towards weather-tight status and the 1st fix services are now being installed. Floor screeds with underfloor heating installations are in place and windows are due to be installed imminently.
Completed Refurbishment Works at Boston Health Clinic
Quadrant are delighted to have completed the room configuration and associated works at Boston Health Clinic! The works comprised of upgrading clinical rooms to correct guidelines, as well as the refurbishment of toilets, waiting area, external doors, etc.

The principal contractor R L Davies Ltd appointed for the new medical centre works at Conwy Road, Colwyn Bay, have been awarded with the LABC North Wales Building Excellence Awards 2017 for Best Public Building. Quadrant Surveying Ltd acted as client’s agent in terms of project management, surveying services and principal designer on this project.

Progress at Richmond Medical Centre
This project at Richmond Medical Centre in North Hykeham (near Lincoln) started in December 2016 with enabling works and is progressing well. The main construction works involving the new building have commenced and the project is due to complete late summer 2017.
