Phase 1 Complete at Boston Health Centre
The first phase has been completed successfully and handed over for re-occupation by the health centre’s staff. Currently, we are in the early stages of phase 2. There are four phases to complete within the current construction programme.

We have been making good progress on Oaks Park Medical Centre in Penge, London. This new building will comprise of a three-storey Primary Medical Centre with integrated pharmacy unit and associated car parking.
New Medical Centre, Kibworth
The works to the new medical centre in Kibworth, Leicestershire, started in august 2016 and are envisaged to conclude in June 2017. Our role in respect to this project is to provide monitoring surveyor services for the GP practice.
