Description of Works
Alterations to an existing single-storey retail unit to form a new GANT “Outlet” store. The store consists of a retail sales floor to the front of the unit, while the stock room, staff office and welfare accommodation is to the rear of the unit. The works comprised of stripping out the existing retail area fixtures and fittings, refurbishment of the retail sales area, refurbishment of the floor, testing and re-commissioning the existing mechanical and electrical systems.
