Description of Works
This project involved the construction of a new three-storey building consisting of ground floor clinical space, IT room and offices on the 1st floor and an emergency planning room on the 2nd floor. Access stairs were also constructed together with an access lift. The works included connections to the Ship and Phoenix House and emergency generator housing.
