Description of Works
Construction of 156 unit house types, mixed between terraced houses and apartment blocks. The project was taken from inception to detailed planning for a brown field site of approximately 15 acres. After the completion of the first phase of development, the site was sold on to a major national house builder. This was an extremely complex project in terms of phasing and financing. There were also issues of flood risk, contamination and archaeology, all of which were successfully dealt with.
