Description of Works
The alterations and refurbishment works comprised the formation of several new rooms and offices, as the building was upgraded to accommodate children and young people with various educational and social needs. A partial strip out of existing mechanical and electrical services and replacement of new to suite the new room layouts and required use. Substantial drainage repairs and new installation were completed.
