Description of Works
This project consisted of stripping out services and major demolition of two semi-detached houses, hospital radio building, oxygen store, mortuary building, gas bottle store, Brook House, pathology and haematology buildings and below ground service duct. This was followed by the construction of acute trust car parking and the construction of a three-storey medical centre facility for two GP practices, a physio demise and incorporated an integral pharmacy.
