Description of Works
The works included the full refurbishment of an existing community building to form a new educational facility. This included new floor, wall and decorative finishes together with modifications to the existing building services.
A mezzanine floor was installed within the existing building to form new space at first floor level. The works were split into three phases which increased the requirement for quality management and coordination of the different works packages.
