Description of Works
This project consisted of the construction of a steel framed building. The external elevations comprise mainly of rendered and cladded panels with curtain glazing to the main waiting area. Attached to the main building is a demise which is occupied by the Pharmacy on a single storey level.
The internal accommodation was purpose built for the GP practice on two levels. Additional accommodation was also provided for specialist medical services.
The project achieved a BREEAM rating of “Very Good”.
