Description of Works
Construction of a single-storey new build GP surgery over a 44-week programme period. The works consisted of constructing a structure to accommodate:
- 10 consulting rooms
- 2 treatment rooms
- 1 minor operation room
- Various administration areas
- Group room
- Meeting rooms
- Public toilet
- Staff toilets
- Dispensary
Access to the GP practice by vehicle was through the section works which formed a new entrance. This led to a circulatory route to numerous car parking spaces. The parking is set within landscaped areas on all sides.
The building itself has brick and timber cladding predominantly with a metal profile roof.
