Description of Works
NHS Great Yarmouth and Waveny had to find a way to relocate community-based clinical services as the locations that they were using were becoming increasingly unsuitable. This new, two-storey modular building provides eye-catching, accessible, spacious and purpose-built accommodation for the local healthcare services required.
Within this building are:
- 60 Rooms
- GP Surgeries
- Physiotherapy gym
- Open-plan office space
- Central reception
- Joined waiting and social space
- Speech and language suite
- Podiatry facilities
Due to space and time constraints, this modular building (which consists of 29 individual components) was built mainly off site and simply dropped into place when completed.
