Description of Works
Construction of a three-storey Primary Care Resource Centre, housing four GP practices, Abertawe Bro Moranwg Health Board and the local authority community voluntary service – Neath Talbot Council. Also accommodated are a retail pharmacy, a dental school and a health food café. This was constructed to meet the Welsh Assembly Government’s design commission.
