Project information

Quadrant are providing Quantity Surveying and Project Management Services on this flagship project for ULHT. The works consist of major enabling works, which are refurbishment of 3nr floors of the existing hospital to enabling relocation of Maxillofacial & Ophthalmology Departments and Urgent Treatment Centre.
This enabled demolition of an existing building to make way for the new build Emergency Department. Finally, the existing Emergency Department will be fully refurbished to provide a full Emergency Department and Diagnostic facility.
The works include upgrade of the main incoming HV supplies to the Hospital.
The works are currently on site and 1 year into an overall 3 year project.
The project is let under NEC4 ECC Option A.
