Quadrant’s Project Manager, Steve Lilley is attending the lunchtime celebrations today (Wed 30 Oct 19) at the Building Better HealthcareAwards 2019. The event, being held at The Brewery in London is an annual event which applauds the innovation, architecture, people, products and services that are helping to transform patient care.
The new Brownsover Primary Care Medical Centre in Warwickshire (handed over to Spirit Health in January this year) is a nominated finalist in the ‘Best Healthcare Development (UK)’ category. This purpose-built primary care facility, (with a gross internal floor space of approx. 624m²) provides a range of GP services on the ground floor with staff facilities on the first floor.
Steve and colleagues from Quadrant were an integral part of the project team, providing Quantity Surveying, Project Management and CDM services. Quadrant worked closely with the NHS Property Services team, Rugby Borough Council, Contactors and other Consultants on the development.
Quadrant has extensive knowledge and experience within the healthcare sector, having worked on projects ranging from £50K – £7M. Managing Director, Alex Coupland said “This is a great new facility for the community. It’s been a pleasure working with the project team, so we’re thrilled to see it nominated for an award”.
