Description of Works
This project consisted of the construction of a three-storey medical resource centre with an integral health food café. Associated car parking, external works and drainage services were also undertaken.
The building has been designed and contracted to facilitate the following end users:

- Northeast Wales NHS Trust
- Flintshire Town Council
- Pharmacy Operator
- LHB Offices
