Description of Works
The works consisted of the refurbishment and alterations of the existing former listed Dairy building at Burghley Estates to produce two large bespoke cottages. The main emphasis of the works was to produce a quality finished product, while maintaining the many original features and materials. Reclaimed timber and cast-iron metal work has been incorporated into the new design to retain the character of the original building.
