Description of Works
The works comprised of a new build, two-storey medical centre near to the previous GP premises. It has been built to specific guidelines and the facilities include:
- Examination rooms for general practice
- Treatment rooms
- Waiting areas
- Toilet Facilities
- Seminar and administration areas
Externally, the medical centre had landscaping installed on all four elevations. Car parking is located adjacent together with facilities for cyclists.
The design provides a landmark building within the centre area of North Hykeham.
