Description of Works
The project consisted of the phased development of 66 dwellings with external works in partnership with Stamford Homes. Each dwelling had solar thermal panels installed on the roof to provide at least 50% of the dwellings’ water heating requirements. The units were a mix between rented and shared ownership properties and the schemes achieved Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3.
